Adult Family Caregivers Network

Are you tired of the time and effort involved in arranging trainings for caregivers? Have busy schedules and the high cost of gas impacted training efforts? The Adult Family Care Network (AFCN) CE Test can help.

How it works/cost: Caregivers conveniently complete the CE Test in their home. They read the three-page article, answer the questions on the back, and turn it in to their support agency. Participating AFCN agencies, in turn, can then credit caregivers with one hour of training each month. A one year Agency membership to the AFCN CE Test includes one agency CE Test with answers, one certificate of completion and one caregiver CE Test per month for $36 annually (Additional tests for caregivers cost $18/year, that’s only $1.50 per 1 hour of training credit.) Who can join/what is covered: Both individual, private, and public agencies and organizations can sign up, but organizational membership allows multiple caregivers to complete CE Tests. New CE Tests are published monthly. Noted experts in caregiving often cover topics. See our editorial calendar for topics scheduled to be covered, or for a list of topics covered to date.

We encourage you to check with your licensing entity to determine if this CE test training will be counted toward training hours in your state for your adult family caregivers.
